Traveling (wo)man

Well, little Eva is now an experience traveler. We just got back from visiting family in Phoenix and going down to Mexico with Grandma and Grandpa Hutchings and Auntie Angela. It was Eva's first time meeting Auntie Angela as well as some great aunts, great-great aunt, great-great grandma and 2nd cousins. It was a great trip and we got really spoiled.

Back to work

I started back to work on Monday, March 31st. This means that Eva had to start going to daycare. It was probably one of the hardest things to do to drop her off at daycare the first day....the second day was easier. Thankfully I am only working part-time (3 days a week) so that makes things a little easier. It was much easier on Eva than it was on me.....she is doing wonderfully at daycare and her teacher is great. I've been a wreck from a couple of days before her first day at daycare until now....but I am sure it will get easier and easier as time goes by.

Eva laughed

For the last few weeks Eva has been smiling a lot more...and she responds to us smiling at her by smiling back. So, of course we smile and laugh with her a lot to see her cute little smiles, but for the first time today, she laughed. It was just one quick little laugh but it was the most precious thing we have ever heard. We are so in love with our little girl.

AND, Aaron passed his last test today to become MCSE certified. We are so proud of him!
