Back from Arkansas

We spent last weekend in Arkansas and Eva (and Carrie) got to meet lots of new relatives and see some that we haven't seen in a while. Eva did great traveling and we had a great time.

We had a fun weekend in Twin Falls visiting with Grandma and Grandpa Hutchings, Auntie Angela, and cousin Ali. Eva wasn't real sure what to think of Mia and Pepperz barking at first so she just "barked" back. She had a great time hanging out in the kiddie pool with the floatie toys at Grandma and Grandpa's house.

Here's the first time...obviously not really excited about this whole eating real food thing.




But, by the third time, she was getting the hang of it. Whoo-hoo!

6 month Dr. visit

Eva had her 6 month check up with her pediatrician. She is perfect (as always) :)
She weighed 16 pounds, 10 ounces (60th % for weight) and was 26.5 inches tall (73rd % for height). She is a growing girl! And, later that night, she had her first taste of real food. I made some sweet potatoes for her....she wasn't sure what to think about them. I will post of video of her eating them a little later.
